    Burpees

    An energetic workout move that gets the blood pumping around the whole body and works the abdominals. Standing straight then proceed to bend your knees, place hands on the floor and 'jump' both feet out behind you into a press up position keeping body straight, bottom down and abdominals pulled in tight. Then jump the feet back towards the hands, then reach up towards the ceiling with a big jump! Repeat for 10 reps.
