The Ultimate Workout Gear Guide: The Trendy Way To Exercise

So here it is 2015, if your social feeds look anything like mine right now then I presume you also have a overwhelming influx of statues stating ‘New year new me’

I usually stay away from making such public declarations of change, but after a rather indulgent Christmas where I may have got a little over zealous with a particularly moorish batch of mince pies, I’ve decided this new year is as good as any to try and get myself back into shape.

I can’t promise you a total transformation, I can’t promise you that I’ll even manage to stretch my resolutions out till April, but what I can do is try and look as good as I can, minus the sweat patches whilst doing it.

So I’ve been on the hunt and rummaged through the pages of the Internet high and low and selected some of my top picks, that will hopefully, with a little luck inspire me to stick to my resolution (Well maybe for a while)
